Erase One of Joe's Murdered List

I'm not sure where Joe got his information about the young lady shot on Booth Street last week had died, but inside sources have proven otherwise.  She is still alive on a machine and I am sure the family is in need of support and prayers.  As usual he jumps the gun and posts before verifying, just like he open's his mouth before his little 6th grade brain can think.  I'm hoping no one went to the family after this or a distant family member stumbled upon it.  To quote someone I spoke to recently," When Ego Trumps Wisdom...."  we can all fill in the rest.  Someday someone will cash a check his mouth wrote but his butt can't cover, as large as it is.  Don't forget the family and if any needs arise we'll let you know how you can help.

What will $50,007 Get at a Gym

The SFD spent $50,007 for commercial exercise equipment for the fitness and health of it's members.  Seeing that the leading cause of death is heart related, it is a wise investment.  Someone stated that it was a waste of money and they could get "cheaper" equipment at Sears.  Not knocking Sears, but do you see it used in any other gyms used my a large group.  I didn't think so.  Mardela noted that he checked the prices online and could not match what SFD got it for.  I checked and it was put out to bid and the winning bidder just sold 28 sets of similar equipment to Anne Arundel County fire departments. (Note theirs was a grade higher then SFD's)  Someone suggested they join Powerhouse across the Street.  Now first that would place them out of service when working out.  Then the cost would way out do the $50,007.  One year for 200 members would be at best with a 3 year contract $69,600 per year.  Already there is a overage of $19,593 the first year.  Then you have to spend that each year.  I wish they offered this kind of service when I was working the beat.  Instead I ended up like many out of shape and having a heart attack.  It has changed my life since then, but I wished I and my family didn't have to go thru it.  

And then there is Joe's threat to sue again.  I wish I was his lawyer taking all that hard earned money he blows on law suits.  Word has it that the Salisbury Fire Department, Inc. is not worried about Joe's threat and just remember they've been here for 136 years, well before Joe, and will be here well after Joe is gone.  I wonder if they will counter sue for harassment and creating a hostile work environment?  I think I'll just sit back and watch this one blow up in Joe's face in the end.

SECOND ARSON ON BROAD ST

Just after 12:30 a.m., I heard on the scanner a call for someone had thrown a flaming object into 323 Broad ST.,  City PD was on the scene quickly but missed the subject(s).  It was reported that a broken water line or sprinkler stopped the fire from developing.  So much for Granddad's argument against sprinklers especially since the IRC passed the requirement for them for all new single and double family homes.  It will be in their 2009 Building Codes Standards which almost all municipalities use, but first they must adopt the new standards for this to go into effect.  Looks like the economies driving the crime rates up already.  Arson usually increases in low economic times.  I remember the 70's working the beat in the North East and it can get pretty ugly with this crime.  I just pray no one gets injured or killed by this/these subject(s) before they are caught.  I hear we have a strong Fire Marshal team here with a high success rate and hope they can keep it up.

Take a look above and Joe didn't get the first shot on it so he doesn't put anything up and tries to fluff himself for delivering the best news first.  What happened to his inside leak?  Did someone plug it finally?  Let's see what comes later.  

Bargain Bills

First Joe posts a RUMOR that Bargain bills IS CLOSING at the end of the month and was sold to WAWA.

Then  we removes the post after the owner and President William P. Brown states that it IS FALSE and notes how this kind of reporting ruin businesses.  But someone finds that it is for sale thru Spearin Van Ness Reality and now Joe feels that he was right!  How does being for sale equal sold (note it has been listed for over 6 months).  Who is Joe's great source for this information that can cause him to be held liable by Mr. Brown as he clearly mentioned the effects of such FALSE reporting.  For a wise businessman and real estate buyer, he sure doesn't show it with not checking papers before he signs them, buys land with no access to a road, and can't tell the difference of a business and real estate for sale versus just property for sale.  Maybe Joe wasn't qualified to review further information on the 5 Businesses for sale.

Now, that being said, ANY of my properties are FOR SALE as well. If someone wants to come along and offer me $8,900,000.00 for 300 W. Main Street, I'd sell it in a New York Second! This does NOT mean that this facility has been sold. The Owner clearly states that this is NOT the case. My guess would be he's friends with the listing Agents and IF they could sell it for this kind of money. GO FOR IT! In the mean time, they're not going anywhere and everyone can continue to enjoy business as usual at this location. To those Vendors spreading the rumor that is has been sold, YOU'RE WRONG.

Poll Results

It looks like 75% including those who said if Joe stopped first are in support of leaving non-posting members of families out of the attacks.  I to support these results.  I hope others will come in line with this on all sides of the blogs.  When and only when they choose to participate in the posting should they be open targets.  Yes it is hard to verify anonymous posts, but I try to keep track of those that are possible.  So let's us turn a new corner and focus on the main causes for us to dispute in a manly manner.  So Joe when you read these, man up and sign on and don't forget your name.

Motorcycle Death

Tonight on Nanticoke Road in front of Centennial Village just after 4 p.m., another motorcyclist died in an accident versus a mini-van.  Traffic was and may still be rerouted around via Crooked Oak Lane.  State Police were on the scene quickly due to one living near by and having a take home vehicle.  The victim was declared dead at the scene.  Updates when more information is available.

Peanut Butter and Jelly for Joe

Read the article from www.delmarvanow.com.  The judge should of have added community service of cleaning up the firehouses for the year.  She offered to even add public statement but held off.  The checkered short sleeve shirt looked good on the Shaking Joe.  He should be on his P&Q's for a year.  Hope no one digs up some old skeletons that could land him in court again?

While in Court...

Someone's BMW Z-3 with Delaware tags and often seen at Goetz's house, was parked in the infamous handicap spot that Joe jumped the gun on being the mayor.  It was parked right next to the SBYNEWS beater car.  Funny thing is it left after the trial was over and they had returned to the HQ.  Where is the complaining now?  Sorry for the quality didn't carry my camera around like he does all day.

Oil and Money

We have the lowest price for crude oil since March last year and it's below $100.  Projections is for it to drop below $90 before the months out.  Many speculators who bought oil futures are dumping like crazy.  Hopefully in the future they stay out of it and stop driving inflated prices.  Yet the price of gas goes up because refineries are still with out power.  Are you telling me they don't have enough produced diesel fuel and large enough generators to get  them up quickly.  Damage was very minor compared to 3 years ago.  Maybe they should have wind and solar power to back them up.  Why was it when the price of crude was rising, they shot up gas prices with it even though that crude was months away?  Now when the crude falls and delay in refineries drives the price of gas up in $.20 plus jumps?  When are we going to ween ourselves of this poison?

So what happened to the Andy Post for today.  I know it went on as scheduled as I rode my at 10am and they were all out in the parking lot at DiCarlo's.  Didn't see the MSM or JOE.  So what's up?  Did someone get his toes stepped on?  Was the endorsement not what Joey wanted? Price Advocate or Vendetta?

I just want to thank Joe for coming by and reading the Gordy Tiger Mart post.  His recent posts leave a lot of room for poor excuses.  If he is the "Price Advocate" making these gas stations keep their prices in line, then why does he only compare to Sam's Club?  They are not the CHEAPEST in town, Universal, next to his favorite hotel to stalk people at, is at $3.31 with out any hitches. Then there is WAWA and Citago that are at $3.39 and some places as high as $3.43, but Joe doesn't bust their chops.  We know he is to busy stalking people to check out all the stations, but his loyal blowhards could report in to their Hero.  So, it looks more like one of his VENDETTAS that he has because Bill is more successful in politics, and business then he ever has been.  Yes, he had his light bulb condoms.  But unless he can show proof that the business still legitimately exists in some state, then it is belly up like all his other businesses.  After you read this Joe, if you want to man up and proof us wrong, go ahead.  We both know the facts don't we Joey?  

Gordy Tiger Marts Empty! Not!

Take a look at the one next to the Center yesterday at 8:30 then Sam's at 8:30 and Delmar this morning at 7:45.  Who can count the money faster?  Look at the businesses using Gordy's fuel over Sam's $.02 discount if your a member or pay their $.03 higher price.  Let alone the $.02 costs you $35 a year membership which you would need to buy 1,750 more gallons of gas just to break even with Gordy's price.  Way the show them how to run a business Bill!  I know Joe will claim credit for it, just like all his failed businesses of the past. LOL
