Didnt Mike Lewis just buy cars outside of MD state because he could get them cheaper? And that was ok, so why is it wrong for Target to do the same?

So, JJ is "threatening" a commenter by supposed revealing their identity to the Sheriff! What law did the commenter break? Seems like a valid point to me - JJ can't have it both ways, either its OK to secure the lowest bid, or its not.
And just think---two weeks from now they will have him 6 blocks away in the police station!
