He's finally had it!
"That's It, I've Had It! Today marks the very last day I'll take the long walk in the cold down my driveway to get my Newspaper and nothing is in the box."
Dan tries to reason with Joe: "It may be your delivery driver, and not necessairly the paper's fault. Besides, if you cancel the subscription, how will you keep up with their inadequacies?"
Yeah, he won't be able to show us little clippings of the grapevine section (without permission I'll bet), or let us know that they left something out of the editorial section? Woe is Joe. Besides, if he was that concerned about walking down the driveway in the cold, he could take one of his fifteen vehicles or, better yet, saddle up a horse.

Can I ask you a serious question? Are you someone who's heart was broken by Joe at some point and time?
I ask because you seem to be so bitter against the man for such petty things.
Perhaps its jealousy or envy?
Anon 10:35,
How long have you been watching the great Jihad Joe in action?
Seriously, He's pissed on everybody in this town and the list of people that want to tar and feather him is extensive.
Get real.
He must be having a slow news day
You talk abouy being bitter, have you ever looked at Joe's BS blog?
He is so bitter towards the city of Salisbury he will stop at nothing to bring the mayor down. Joe will go after every department head till no end. He just wants to make the mayors time here a living hell!
He won't be happy with the next mayor either. He will at first just because she's gone but once the new one puts their foot down Joe will go on the war path against them!
JOE IS A VERY MEAN PERSON!
Unless of couse the next mayor is his wannabe girlfriend DSC.
Oh yeah. He be bitter. When the Rappman passed over his honey for a raise and new title, he became enraged.
Then when the City put the kibosh on his honey collecting undeserved disability, he went past bitter right on to ballistic.
A broken heart from Joe? LOL.
Jealous or envious of what? I like battling with wits. And, I think you will have to agree, my weapon is bigger.
Hadley,
Actually, according to the court records, Chief TinyTesticle's squaw would have actually seen a REDUCTION in pay for the "promotion". Not only that, but in previous job evaluations, the squaw had admitted that the thing she disliked about her job the most was public interaction.
Given that the position change -- sorry, "PROMOTION" -- was into the educational department, one might logically conclude that such a job switch was not in the best interests of the squaw OR the zoo.
